Rollins Ranch
Wildlife

M any different endangered species of wildlife have been spotted at Rollins Ranch Blue Cypress, from the infamous Florida panther to the ever-declining Red-cockaded Woodpecker. We are also home to large populations of alligators, wild hogs, and many different varieties of migratory birds, including Bald Eagles, Sandhill Cranes, Egrets, Herons, and an expansive variety of song birds.

The hunting preserve, Yeehaw Plantation, is home to 6,500 acres of private quail hunting, where old-fashioned hunts are guided throughout the quail hunting season. Along with the wild quail population, many other game species benefit from the land management including the White-tailed deer and Osceola turkey.
